  • Items that are not damaged, and printed but are unwanted (buyer’s remorse). Sealed items for hygiene reasons (e.g., face masks) cannot be returned.
  • Items past the return window (7 days after delivery).

  2. We will provide instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund (or replacement) as quickly as possible.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
